The Village at Palisades Tahoe is a pedestrian village at the base of the ski area which lets both guests and locals enjoy the ambiance of the valley. The Village has a variety of shops and restaurants making it easy to spend an afternoon or evening strolling along its cobble streets or sitting by the fire pit enjoying the mountain vistas.
The Village is composed of two phases, First Ascent and 22 Station with a total of five buildings: First Ascent, North Face, South Face, 22 Station West and 22 Station East. Each of the buildings offers commercial space on the first level while floors two through four are fee simple owned condos available in one, two and three bedroom floor plans. The Village has a two story underground parking facility in which each condo owner is given one unmarked parking space. In addition, each owner has a ski/snowboard storage locker.
Throughout the year The Village hosts many special events including art and craft shows, festivals, countless live concerts, free movie nights in the summer, decorations and festivities for celebrated holidays and plenty of activities for the kids. Learn more about The Village at Palisades Tahoe.
