Creekside Estates was established in 2004, as a private community. It is located at the east end of Olympic Valley and is bordered on the north side by the seasonal Squaw Creek. It is composed of 24 residential parcels. Creekside Estates enjoys some distant vistas of the ski area and some views of Painted Rock, a naturally multi-colored rock in the Truckee River corridor.
