The residential opportunities in Olympic Valley range from rustic cabins to luxury homes in private subdivisions and from slope side studio condos to two story penthouse condos with dramatic views.

The Village at Palisades Tahoe is a pedestrian village at the base of the ski area offering a variety of residential condos, plus shops and restaurants, making it easy to spend a day or the week experiencing the ambiance of the valley. The Village hosts a variety of events throughout the year including festivals, music, community events, kids’ activities and more.

Olympic Valley is home to an 18-hole golf course situated in a picturesque meadow. The course offers stunning mountain views as it weaves through the meadow and along the forest. It is accessed from the luxurious Everline Resort & Spa, a hotel-condo complex.

The entrance of the valley is home to the historic Olympic flame and signage with 1960 Winter Olympic participants.  The nearby Olympic Valley Park features pickleball courts, soccer field, playground, and a great starting point to embark on the surrounding multi-purpose trails. The paved trail leads into the Village or along the Truckee River to Tahoe City and shores Lake Tahoe.

At the opposite end of the valley, the Shirley Canyon trailhead gives hikers access to a variety of trails and a connection to the Pacific Crest Trail.
