This spring has delivered a mix of classic Tahoe sunshine and a few well-timed winter reminders. The storm cycles have brought back chalky, winter-like conditions, something you don’t always expect this late in the season. A few of us even found ourselves lapping National and Main Chutes of Palisades (accessed by hiking above the Siberia chairlift at Palisades Tahoe), skiing lines that felt more February than April.
